COMPANY CULTURE WORKSHOP
WHAT IS COMPANY CULTURE AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?

The company culture is what brings consistency in developing your business strategy and PEOPLE STRATEGY.

The OBJECTIVE of a company culture is NOT to look nice and please everyone. It is not just about a colorful workplace, a foosball table and free lunches. A good company culture STATES A DIFFERENCE and should in some ways discourage those not fitting in while attracting and retaining those in sync.

As the company expands beyond the point where everyone has frequent contact with the founders the teams feel less connected than in the past and less engaged. Expliciting and formalising your Company Culture becomes crucial so that it is consistent across departments and locations and also kept alive over time.

"As we defined new company mission statements and value frameworks Anne's facilitation process was extremely well received. She created a safe space for all involved to be creative and share opinions. Engagement throughout the process from everyone involved was consistently high and as a result the values and mission statements formed are all strongly supported by the entire company."

"Participating in Anne's culture workshop session was a fun and productive team bonding experience. Everyone throughout the business had a voice. It was data-driven yet very easy to comprehend and fun. We all left the workshop with a clear and aligned understanding of what is and what is not Company Culture and an in-depth definition of what our culture was."

"Working with Anne is a pleasure and very productive. She has helped us ask ourselves the right questions and create the foundations for a company culture that we are proud of."

"It's an excellent session! We are so grateful that we engaged Anne for our company culture workshop. The workshop was insightful and interactive thanks to Anne's great facilitation skills and deep expertise on the subject. Everyone got to connect, interact and voice their opinion which results now in strong alignment and buy-in among the teams around what our culture is and what it means to them. Feedback from the team was very positive both in terms of the content and the format of the workshop. We loved the spirit and Anne's encouragement to involve everybody. Highly recommended!"
